These forms ensure we get all the information required in a secure way.

We're required to hold essential details on you for insurance, hotel registration, and booking tickets. We also feel it's essential to hold some emergency contact details on file, just in case.

All travellers on a photo tour must personally complete one of these forms themselves.

A.  Pre-arrival Registration

B.  Pre-arrival Registration if you need an Invitation Letter


If you require an invitation letter for your China visa we can arrange our Chinese representative partner to issue a government approved invitation letter.

To complete this form you'll need 5-10 minutes and:

1. Trip Reference (Starting GPT)
2. Passport
3. International Flight Details
4. Guilin Flight/Train Arrival Details
5. Hotel details for other cities in China
6. You must have paid a deposit
