350-400 fixed price from airport in a standard local taxi. You should be aware that 95% have seat protectors on the rear seats which makes the seat belts inaccessible. Be also aware that some have gas tanks in the trunk so they have very limited luggage space. So although they will take up to 5 passengers, the reality is with luggage you can struggle with two people. Beware that the taxi drivers do not speak English. There is a desk and a person at the airport who makes sure pricing is clear. This does not prevent the driver trying to raise the price on route, but stick to your guns.

You can ride the airports own transfer service (blue and white airport bus right outside the main door) bus into Guilin city and now also directly to Yangshuo. There is also a bus to Yangshuo from the city bus station if you are staying in Guilin for a night by yourself first. These buses are direct express buses which take 1.5 hours and leave every 30 minutes.
